Welcome to our website. The therapy center for thyroid diseases (TZS) in Hürth near Cologne has been the first private nuclear medical clinic to open in Germany.

Fayzeh Hünermann GmbH started the therapy center for thyroid diseases in 1996. The clinic has available 18 concessional beds for the administration of radioiodine therapy of both benign as well as malignant thyroid diseases (thyroid carcinoma).

The length of the in-patient stay is, as a general rule, 4 days.

Since patients are not allowed visitors during their stay in the in-patient unit for reasons of radiation protection we endeavor to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
